To Avoid Locking Your RUNet Account
Follow These Guidelines for All Your E-mail Clients and Mobile Devices
BEFORE you change your passphrase
Close all e-mail applications on your work and home computers.
Turn off your smartphones/mobile devices such as your iPhone, Android, iPad, etc.
AFTER you change your passphrase
For Office365 e-mail/applications: Please wait to use your new passphrase to authenticate until the O365 application prompts you for your credentials.
For all other applications/services: . Wait several minutes before accessing your RUNet account services with your new passphrase.

Note: If you connect to the Central File Store (CFS) but do not log in to the ROCKEFELLERNT domain, you will need to disconnect/unmount your drive before changing your passphrase.
